9:30-12, break for lunch and a campus tour in the middle of the day, and finish with some competition 2-4!


ID Camp

This one-day, advanced day camp designed for players entering 9-12 grade. The camp will feature 2 sessions of drills and competition that mirror our Penn Volleyball training environment. Campers can expect to work through collegiate-level skill breakouts so a few years of experience is required. Campers will train 9:30-12, break for lunch and a campus tour in the middle of the day, and finish with some competition 2-4!

Position Camps July 19-20


Attacking/Setting Camp  Open to all players aged 12-18 at any level. Attacking/Setting camp will teach you the basic skills of hitting and setting from start to finish! Attacking will include arm swing mechanics, contact, approach, attacking across multiple positions, etc. Setting instruction will include hand positioning, footwork & movement patterns, location, etc. Campers will spend 1.5 hours in one skill before switching to the other skill; setters will also have the chance to set attackers as we put it all together! (*those that want to work on only hitting or only setting can stay for 2 rounds and work the same skills again, but campers are encouraged to work on both skills)*


Passing/Defense Camp   Open to all players aged 12-18 at any level. Passing/defense will teach you the basic skills of passing and defense, the foundations of the game! Instruction will include platform introduction, footwork and movement, an introduction to diving and floor defense, etc. Campers will spend 1.5 hours in one skill before switching to the other skill. Additionally, campers that want to work on the blocking side of defense will have the opportunity to practice blocking movement, hand positioning, and timing. * (advanced technique such as reaction training, timing and reading, etc. will be available for those players that present a good knowledge of the skill)*







Serving Camp   open to all players aged 12-18, serving camp will help prepare you for school ball at any level! Campers will work on serving basics such as toss and hand contact, while getting lots of reps to build confidence. Advanced players can expect to work on placement serving, jump serving, etc.

Elite Camp

Designed for players entering 9-12th grade, Elite Camp will give players a look into life as a college athlete! Elite Camp will feature multiple sessions of training and competition along with campus activities. Gym sessions will consist of 7 blocks of activity for all areas of the game in individual, small group, and team settings. Due to uncertainty surrounding dorms, housing will not provided. Out-of-town campers can utilize a preferred rate at the Sheraton University City! Click Here
